About the Role
Arcus FM is seeking a night shift Water Leak Technician to perform reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework across client stores in the London area. This is a permanent position.
Responsibilities
- Carry out reactive and proactive works safely and to a high standard on refrigeration based condensate pipework.
- Provide first-line response to water leaks, identify the source, and repair/replace faulty pipework and components.
- Clear blockages and maintain internal drainage systems, drop down pipework, and dairy pump trays.
- Diagnose faults and failures with equipment and systems, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
- Ensure jobs are completed within SLA timeframes and relevant KPIs are met.
- Comply with Arcus health & safety procedures and client site requirements.
- Plan routes and manage daily workload, tracking and prioritizing aged work orders.
- Maintain a first-time fix work ethic.
Requirements
- Experience of water leak or drainage works is advantageous.
- Basic plumbing experience/knowledge.
- Basic Electrical knowledge is desired but not essential.
- Other trade/industry qualifications and certifications are desired but not essential.
- A Full UK Driving Licence is required.
- IT competent, including apps and emails.
- Ability to work nights.
- Must be available for an On-Call Rota (1-4 or 1-8) dependent on busy periods.

Salary/Compensations
- £34,034 per annum (Including Night shift allowance: £3,595 per annum)
