About the Role

Arcus FM is seeking a night shift Water Leak Technician to perform reactive and proactive water leak solutions on refrigeration equipment and pipework across client stores in the London area. This is a permanent position.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and proactive works safely and to a high standard on refrigeration based condensate pipework.
• Provide first-line response to water leaks, identify the source, and repair/replace faulty pipework and components.
• Clear blockages and maintain internal drainage systems, drop down pipework, and dairy pump trays.
• Diagnose faults and failures with equipment and systems, provide solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure jobs are completed within SLA timeframes and relevant KPIs are met.
• Comply with Arcus health & safety procedures and client site requirements.
• Plan routes and manage daily workload, tracking and prioritizing aged work orders.
• Maintain a first-time fix work ethic.

Requirements

• Experience of water leak or drainage works is advantageous.
• Basic plumbing experience/knowledge.
• Basic Electrical knowledge is desired but not essential.
• Other trade/industry qualifications and certifications are desired but not essential.
• A Full UK Driving Licence is required.
• IT competent, including apps and emails.
• Ability to work nights.
• Must be available for an On-Call Rota (1-4 or 1-8) dependent on busy periods.

Salary/Compensations

• £34,034 per annum (Including Night shift allowance: £3,595 per annum)
