About the Role
Independence Title is seeking seasoned Escrow Officers of various levels of experience at several of our Austin area offices. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and work closely with internal team and clients to accomplish a closed transaction in a timely, efficient and error-free manner, executing closing professionally.
- Process files, prepare CD’s/HUD’s, and complete all necessary paperwork/closing documents for the transaction.
- Obtain approval from lenders, order updates, and determine clearance to close.
- Work diligently to build business, add to the business brought in, and service it successfully.
- Assist and support team members proactively, and communicate with respect.
- Establish a successful working relationship with Sales Reps, and participate in Marketing/Entertainment to increase customer base.
Requirements
- Must create a positive image of the company through professional appearance, actions, and conduct.
- Establish a professional working rapport with clients to retain and grow the client base.
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must successfully apply for Escrow Officer License once onboard with the Company, if not already licensed.
- Technical and confident knowledge of the closing process is required.
- Microsoft Suite proficient.
- This is not a work from home position.
