Ensures all building maintenance is kept up to date and in good working order, creating a safe environment for all employees.

Schedules and coordinates with outside vendors related to building needs.
Assists and leads in the execution of building projects.
Performs indoor and outdoor building and equipment maintenance.
Maintains building safety and cleanliness.
Operates equipment.
Upkeeps landscaping and lawns.
Assists with snow removal from driveways, rooftops, and sidewalks.
Performs basic building maintenance duties such as changing bulbs, electrical outlets, painting, minor plumbing repairs, sheetrock repairs, and garbage removal.
May operate heavy equipment such as a forklift, backhoes, and skid steer.
Assists with building safety procedures including maintenance of fire extinguishers, first-aid kits, smoke detectors, HVAC maintenance, and coordination.
Assists with preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
May assist with cleaning such as window washing, siding washing, and truck cleaning.

Must be 18 years of age or older.
Experience using hand and power tools.
Must be able to provide own hand tools.
Experience using a lawn mower and snow blower.
Small engine maintenance experience.
A valid driver's license or ability to access transportation to attend work group and organization meetings is necessary.
Ability to reach, sit, stand, walk, push, pull, lift, use fingers, grasp, feel, talk, hear, and perform repetitive motions.
Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
