About the Role
Eulerity is an AI-native marketing automation platform serving enterprise brands. We are hiring a Brand Marketing Strategist to own client relationships, acting as a strategic partner who drives growth and understands the nuances of multi-location and franchise businesses.
Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of multi-location and franchise brands as their primary strategic partner.
- Run a high-touch onboarding process.
- Build and lead campaign and business reviews that surface insights and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop customized, cross-channel marketing plans across Google Search, Meta, YouTube, Display, and emerging channels.
- Partner with Technical Account Managers to monitor delivery, analyze performance, and optimize campaigns.
- Identify and close expansion opportunities within the book of business.
- Act as the internal voice of clients, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Educate clients on the Eulerity platform and industry shifts.
Requirements
- 4–6 years in account management, digital marketing, or client strategy, ideally in advertising, tech, or media.
- Proven track record of growing accounts.
- Hands-on familiarity with paid digital channels: Google Ads, Meta, Display, YouTube, or similar.
- Experience working with multi-location or franchise brands is a strong plus.
- Ability to translate performance data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication skills, including educating clients, presenting to senior stakeholders, and navigating difficult conversations.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Out-of-the-box thinker with a problem-solving, consultative approach.
