About the Role

As an Attorney, you will provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, protecting their interests by analyzing legal issues, drafting documents, and advocating on their behalf. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-6 years of personal injury experience.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish.
• Admission to the bar in the relevant U.S. state(s) where legal services will be provided.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state laws applicable to the practice area.
• Demonstrated experience in legal research, writing, and oral advocacy.
• Excellent ethical standards and professional integrity.
• Prior experience working in a law firm, corporate legal department, or government agency.
• Advanced certifications or continuing legal education in relevant legal fields.
• Proficiency with legal research databases and case management software.
• Strong negotiation and client relationship management skills.
