About the Role

Seeking an LPN to provide one-on-one, compassionate care to patients in a beautiful, home-like setting at our Siegenthaler Center hospice. This role offers a manageable caseload with a maximum of four patients, allowing for optimum care and the ability to help patients live their final days with dignity and comfort.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to patients in a hospice residence.
• Administer medication.
• Provide emotional support to patients.
• Ensure patients live their final days with dignity and comfort.

Requirements

• Must have experience working in a skilled nursing facility or acute care setting.
• LPN License Required - New York State
