About the Role

YWHO is seeking a Manager of Knowledge Mobilization & Workforce Development to manage the organization's training and education activities and initiatives. This role provides strategic and operational oversight to support system change goals and ensures the successful delivery of training, education, and community support initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage the YWHO’s training and education activities and initiatives.
• Provide strategic and operational oversight in support of overall strategic directions and system change goals.
• Manage staff within the Knowledge Mobilization & Workforce Development portfolio.
• Liaise with YWHO and CAMH colleagues, community leadership, service providers, and youth and family advisors.
• Represent the program’s training and education activities.
• Provide leadership and support to YWHO to ensure goals, objectives, and deliverables of training, education, and community support initiatives are met.

• Reporting to the Director of Clinical Practice and Implementation.

• Youth Wellness Hubs Ontario (YWHO) is a network of 32 Integrated Youth Services (IYS) hub networks operating in 40 communities.
