About the Role
Lead and support technical programs that help customer-facing teams work more effectively, driving programs from planning through delivery. Partner closely with team leads, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to bring structure and clarity to moderately complex, cross-team initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Drive delivery of cross-team programs supporting Technical Solutions teams, coordinating stakeholders, dependencies, and timelines.
- Partner with team leads, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to translate program goals into actionable plans, documenting scope, timeline, and quality expectations.
- Establish and maintain program management fundamentals, including project trackers, status updates, and risk logs.
- Identify unclear or incomplete requirements and bring structure to ambiguous problems, escalating when necessary.
- Use data to track progress, surface risks, and guide decisions, adjusting plans as circumstances change.
- Apply AI tools to streamline program management workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Communicate program status, risks, and impact clearly to diverse stakeholders, adapting messages for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Identify opportunities to improve program and process efficiency.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience leading technical programs in a SaaS or technical environment, ideally including cross-team or cross-functional initiatives.
- Experience supporting customer-facing or technical support functions is a plus.
- Comfortable driving moderately complex, cross-team initiatives independently.
- Solid foundation in project scoping, timeline management, and risk management.
- PMP, Agile training, or equivalent certification preferred.
- Tracks progress against established metrics and uses data to guide decisions, report status, and identify risks early.
- Able to convey project status and ideas concisely to a range of audiences, adapting the level of detail as needed.
- Builds trust through consistent delivery and works constructively across teams to resolve differing viewpoints and unblock progress.
- Able to identify unclear requirements, ask the right questions, and bring structure to partially-defined problems.
- Uses AI tools confidently in day-to-day program work and can evaluate where AI can be responsibly and effectively applied to improve program processes.
- Developing skill in giving constructive, empathetic feedback.
- May support the onboarding or mentorship of newer team members.
