About the Role

The Product Marketing Manager supports the LATAM Marketing team for Givenchy and Kenzo across 17 Export Americas markets. This role acts as a key operational partner, managing launch planning, trade marketing execution, performance reporting, and cross-functional coordination while serving as the primary liaison with HQ in France.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with HQ MOP team on operational marketing, launch plans, and forecast challenges.
  • Lead the monthly forecast request process with Brand Managers, Finance, Commercial teams, and HQ.
  • Track POSM levels and needs to ensure alignment with contractual commitments and guidelines.
  • Support R1/R2 budget revisions including marketing plans and sell-out forecasts.
  • Train Brand Managers and Marketing Coordinators on internal processes and tools.
  • Monitor marketing plan implementation to ensure adherence to A&P budgets and global brand standards.
  • Validate trade marketing activations, Pop Ups, events, and OOH campaigns for compliance.
  • Monitor sell-out performance per activation to assess ROI and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Prepare key presentations and business reports for regional and Comex meetings.
  • Consolidate regional marketing reports including sell-out results, rankings, ROI, and competitive data.
  • Analyze monthly sell-out performance against targets, benchmarks, and prior year data.
  • Present marketing plans and performance metrics to diverse audiences.
  • Support the presentation of annual innovation plans to retailers.
  • Plan and execute key brand moments and marketing events including conventions and seminars.
  • Manage supplier creation and purchase order processing for marketing events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the luxury industry.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English; French is a plus.
  • Strong computer skills including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Passion and interest in the beauty and luxury industry.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and drive for results.
  • Must be hands-on and detail-oriented.
  • Strong team player with cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer.
