About the Role

We are looking for compassionate Care Professionals to join our dedicated Raynes Park branch team. This role offers a fulfilling career change, a chance to return to work, or a position where your empathy is valued, with full support and training provided.

Responsibilities

  • Help vulnerable clients live safely, comfortably, and independently in their own homes.
  • Follow personalized care plans designed to promote dignity and wellbeing.
  • Provide personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence support).
  • Assist with medication preparation and support.
  • Help with meal preparation and assistance with eating/drinking.
  • Assist with shopping and practical daily errands.
  • Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning, making beds).
  • Provide mobility support (helping with the use and care of aids/adaptations).
  • Offer companionship and emotional support.

Requirements

  • Genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for others.
  • Reliability and a naturally caring nature.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Great communication and a collaborative team spirit.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • No formal care experience is required; skills gained from life experiences are valued.

Salary/Compensations

  • £15.15 per hour (Mon-Fri)
  • £15.35 per hour (Saturday)
  • £15.65 per hour (Sunday)
