About the Role
We are looking for compassionate Care Professionals to join our dedicated Raynes Park branch team. Whether you are looking for a fulfilling career change, returning to work, or simply want a role where your empathy is valued, we will give you all the support and training you need to thrive.
Responsibilities
- Personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting, and incontinence support)
- Medication preparation and support
- Meal preparation and assistance with eating/drinking
- Shopping and practical daily errands
- Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, cleaning, making beds)
- Mobility support (helping with the use and care of aids/adaptations)
- Companionship and emotional support
Requirements
- Genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for others
- Reliability and a naturally caring nature
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Great communication and a collaborative team spirit
- The right to work in the UK (Please note: As an employer, we are unfortunately unable to offer Visa sponsorship).
Skills
- Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence are highly beneficial due to the geographical nature of the role.
