About the Role

At London Care, we are seeking compassionate Care Professionals to join our dedicated Raynes Park branch team. We offer a supportive and rewarding environment where you can make a meaningful impact in the local community.

Responsibilities

  • Assist vulnerable clients with personal care needs, including washing, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Prepare and support clients with medication.
  • Assist clients with meal preparation and ensure adequate hydration.
  • Help with shopping and other practical daily errands.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry, tidying, and cleaning.
  • Provide mobility support, including the use and care of aids and adaptations.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

Requirements

  • Genuine empathy, compassion, and respect for others.
  • Reliability and a naturally caring nature.
  • Willingness to learn new skills.
  • Great communication and a collaborative team spirit.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence are highly beneficial.

Salary/Compensations

  • £15.15 per hour (Mon-Fri)
  • £15.35 per hour (Saturday)
  • £15.65 per hour (Sunday)
