About the Role
KaiPod Learning is seeking a highly organized, systems-oriented Software Product Manager to help scale the development and delivery of our software platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations, ensuring that product initiatives move efficiently from idea to launch while maintaining clear communication, documentation, and alignment across teams. The ideal candidate is equal parts product manager and product operations expert, thriving in fast-moving startup environments, enjoying bringing structure to ambiguity, and passionate about creating systems that help teams execute effectively.
Responsibilities
- Conduct customer interviews and user research sessions.
- Translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations for the product team.
- Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on customer impact and business objectives.
- Track product development timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Facilitate release readiness reviews and launch coordination.
- Own the Newton metrics dashboard & report on product adoption and usage trends.
- Create and maintain product documentation, release notes, and internal resources.
- Lead new customer onboarding, ensuring successful adoption of new features.
- Conduct customer training sessions and demonstrations.
- Triage inbound customer support tickets and partner with account managers to ensure customer satisfaction.

- 3–7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, or a similar role.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
- Strong written communication and documentation abilities.
- Ability to synthesize large amounts of qualitative and quantitative information into actionable insights.
- High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
- Comfort operating in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience as a self-starter learning and implementing software to improve task management, analytics etc.
