About the Role

Support the Compliance team in ensuring group-wide compliance and assist the Legal team with their day-to-day legal operations. Gain deep insights into corporate compliance and internal legal department activities.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of regulatory projects, such as ensuring compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CS3D) and the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG).
• Assist in coordinating local compliance units, conducting compliance risk assessments, and screening sanction lists.
• Contribute to the creation of internal reports, presentations, and group-wide policy management.
• Conduct legal research across various fields of German, European Union, and other relevant jurisdictions.
• Assist with contract management tasks, drafting legal documents and contracts, and evaluating legal inquiries.

Requirements

• Enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognized university throughout the entire duration of employment, with at least two completed semesters.
• Initial practical experience through relevant internships.
• A thorough, independent, and meticulous way of working.
• An open communication style with the ability to operate successfully in an international environment.
• A collaborative mindset with strong analytical skills and organizational talent.
• Fluent written and spoken communication skills in both German and English.
