About the Role
As a Manager Cyber Security Strategy, you will advise clients across various industries on information security and the resilience of critical systems, including BSI IT-Grundschutz and Business Continuity Management. You will develop innovative solutions for future challenges and conduct risk and security analyses, as well as develop IT security concepts to protect clients from potential damage. You will also be responsible for planning and conducting training and workshops, and creating security reports and recommendations. You will plan, organize, and implement consulting projects, lead your team through all project phases, and act as a competent contact person for clients.

Requirements
- Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, Security Management, or a comparable field with a focus on IT security topics.
- More than four years of experience, preferably in the area of security-relevant technologies, methods, and procedures.
- Analytical skills and the ability to link business knowledge with IT and digitalization know-how.
- Experience in leading project teams with a sense of responsibility, strong communication skills, and empathy.
- Willingness to travel.
