About the Role
As a key driver of R&D operations, you will translate high-level organizational objectives into actionable, high-impact results. You will lead company-wide initiatives and own sophisticated, cross-functional projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
- Run intricate calendars across multiple time zones.
- Process expense reports.
- Coordinate intricate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Lead all aspects of daily administrative workflows, including meeting documentation, equipment reservations, and logistical planning for executive meetings and events.
- Run end-to-end project coordination for events and engineering branding initiatives, ensuring all objectives are met with precision and creativity.
- Handle confidential and critical information with the highest level of accuracy, discretion, and professional integrity.
Requirements
- Accomplished administrative professional with 5 + years of experience providing high-level executive support within the technology sector.
- Advanced mastery of Microsoft Suite, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Webex, and Concur.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to take full ownership of executive workflows, ensuring every project and meeting is driven with precision, foresight, and a focus on solving problems before they arise.
- Ability to be a great connector who builds strong, effective partnerships across ThousandEyes and the wider Cisco ecosystem, ensuring everyone gets the support they need to succeed.
