About the Role
Guidehouse is seeking a Managing Consultant to help banks, fintechs, and financial institutions develop and execute digital asset strategies. The role combines strategic advisory, program leadership, and client relationship management across stablecoins, tokenization, digital payments, custody, and blockchain-enabled financial services.
Responsibilities
- Lead client engagements and strategic workstreams
- Develop executive-ready recommendations and implementation plans
- Manage senior client relationships and cross-functional teams
- Support business development, proposal writing, and thought leadership
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to practice growth
- Digital asset strategy, market assessment, and business case development
- Go-to-market strategy and operating model design
- Stablecoins, tokenization, digital payments, and custody solutions
- Vendor assessment, partner selection, and rent-vs-build evaluations
- Regulatory, risk, and compliance considerations for digital asset initiatives
- Program management and implementation roadmap development
- Executive stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
- Advising banks, payments providers, fintechs, or financial infrastructure firms
- Understanding of banking, treasury, payments, or capital markets businesses
Requirements
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience within a Digital Assets, Payments, Fintech, or Financial Services practice at a leading consulting firm (Big 4 preferred)
