About the Role

Mastercard's Network Products team delivers secure, scalable, and high-performance payment capabilities globally. This role supports the development, performance analysis, and operational execution of network-based payment products in North America, contributing to product lifecycle activities and ensuring successful delivery and optimization of network capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and enhancement of Network Products across switching, authorization, clearing, and related services
  • Analyze product and network performance metrics to identify insights and improvement opportunities
  • Contribute to product lifecycle activities, including requirements documentation, testing, pilot support, and implementation
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and regional teams to track deliverables, resolve issues, and ensure timely execution
  • Assist in delivering product performance updates, dashboards, and insights for leadership and stakeholder reviews
  • Support onboarding and rollout activities for new product capabilities across issuers, acquirers, and partners
  • Conduct impact analysis across network services to inform product strategy and optimization decisions
  • Help develop and maintain product documentation, process artifacts, and knowledge repositories
  • Participate in cross-functional initiatives to improve operational efficiency and enhance network performance
  • Support go-to-market enablement activities, including preparation of materials and coordination with internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in product management, payments, technology, or operations roles
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Understanding of payment network fundamentals, including switching, authorization, clearing, and settlement processes
  • Familiarity with Market Test and Commercialization phases of STUDIO and product lifecycle management
  • Experience with transaction processing, or financial services technologies
  • Exposure to data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and product design principles
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional partnership skills
  • Structured thinking with attention to detail and execution discipline
  • Ability to navigate complex network ecosystems and processes
  • Proactive, ownership-oriented approach with a focus on delivery and results
