About the Role
This role sits within the Strategy & Operations team of the Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF) division. The incumbent will manage the organization's investment approach to achieve optimized outcomes, collaborating across teams to drive business results in a fast-growing environment.
Responsibilities
- Define an approach to measure and track progress against investment milestones
- Recommend adjustments to project investments, including continuing, increasing, or de-deploying resources
- Maintain an active pipeline of investment opportunities from global product and regional teams
- Collaborate with finance teams to manage business cases for investment opportunities
- Build alignment across CNPF business units regarding the investment optimization approach
- Report progress to executive leadership, including the Chief Commercial Payment Officer and CFO
- Abide by security policies and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information
- Report suspected information security violations and complete mandatory security trainings
Requirements
- Experience in strategy, program management, consulting, or related fields
- Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations
- Analytical and data-driven problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others
- Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional partners
- Experience implementing organizational change
- Knowledge of the payment industry and Mastercard’s payment products

- $125,000 - $207,000 USD
