About the Role

This role sits within the Strategy & Operations team of the Commercial & New Payment Flows (CNPF) division. The incumbent will manage the organization's investment approach to achieve optimized outcomes, collaborating across teams to drive business results in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Define an approach to measure and track progress against investment milestones
  • Recommend adjustments to project investments, including continuing, increasing, or de-deploying resources
  • Maintain an active pipeline of investment opportunities from global product and regional teams
  • Collaborate with finance teams to manage business cases for investment opportunities
  • Build alignment across CNPF business units regarding the investment optimization approach
  • Report progress to executive leadership, including the Chief Commercial Payment Officer and CFO
  • Abide by security policies and ensure the confidentiality and integrity of accessed information
  • Report suspected information security violations and complete mandatory security trainings

Requirements

  • Experience in strategy, program management, consulting, or related fields
  • Demonstrated ability to drive large-scale, cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations
  • Analytical and data-driven problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence others
  • Effective collaboration skills with cross-functional partners
  • Experience implementing organizational change
  • Knowledge of the payment industry and Mastercard’s payment products

Salary/Compensations

  • $125,000 - $207,000 USD
