About the Role
The Manager, Strategy Pricing and Interchange (Services) supports the Economics Enablement and Governance and Reporting teams. This role enhances pricing, commercialization, and go-to-market strategy for products, and drives pricing excellence through consolidated views of pricing activity. The individual will perform analysis, apply problem-solving skills, understand customer value, and support key pricing and economics initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Work with key global and regional stakeholders to drive consistency and alignment of pricing initiatives.
- Coordinate monthly pricing pipeline updates with product and pricing teams.
- Produce key KPIs that connect internal and customer economics with revenue patterns.
- Centralize the reporting of pricing initiatives and the 3Y pricing forecast for Services.
- Facilitate and manage the development and periodic refresh of the Pricing Insights tools.
- Partner with regions and team members to produce key presentation materials and support pricing and economic initiatives.
- Become a SME for internal data sources including drivers, billing, and product reporting.
- Partner with team members and product managers to develop and maintain a product catalog inclusive of pricing.
- Lead the alignment of the pricing implementation pipeline.
- Lead the alignment of the announcements pipeline.
- Ensure pricing sponsors are maintaining accurate records in SalesForce.
Requirements
- BA/BSC, (MBA a plus), with previous experience in at least one of the following areas: strategy, consulting, finance, economics, or pricing.
- Fast-paced and highly analytical with business acumen and thought leadership.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel/PowerPoint) in data compilation, aggregation, and modeling.
- Team player with the ability to communicate effectively and develop solid working relationships across multiple levels and organizational boundaries.
- Responsible for information security, including abiding by security policies, ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information, reporting violations, and completing security trainings.
