About the Role
The Commercial Pest Control Lead Specialist will collaborate with the district leadership team to enhance productivity, service quality, and profitability. This role also involves performing Service Specialist duties, managing regular routes, handling additional requests, and supporting open routes. The position requires building strong customer relationships, maintaining high service standards, and participating in team activities and training.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the district leadership team to increase productivity, service quality, and profitability.
- Perform responsibilities of a Service Specialist.
- Maintain regularly scheduled route responsibilities.
- Handle additional work requests.
- Assist with open routes.
- Build and maintain good customer relations.
- Maintain high service standards at all accounts.
- Participate in group meetings and account reviews.
- Complete independent and group on-going training.
- Serve as a coach and mentor for Service Specialists.
- Be an interactive member in a team work environment.
- May require participating in a rotating on-call schedule for off-hours and weekends.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of commercial pest control experience.
- Must possess a valid, current Pest Control License.
- Advanced LOB/PNOL knowledge.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Self-discipline to work efficiently without direct supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Handle high dependency customer service issues.
- Must have proficient district level knowledge.
- Courteously and effectively interact with a diverse group of coworkers and customers.
- Ability to identify and solve problems without direct guidance and provide follow-through with action steps until resolution is reached.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Must have and express a sense of urgency when dealing with client and partner concerns.
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Able to work 40+ hours per week including Saturdays as needed.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
