About the Role

Lead product execution and support the Forward Deployed Engineering (FDE) team, focused on disciplined execution, customer engagement, and end-to-end AI product lifecycle management. This customer-facing role requires familiarity or interest in the legal industry and how legal teams operate. You will work directly with corporate customers and FDEs to define, manage, and productize bespoke solutions into scalable AI capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Partner directly with legal stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and operational constraints.
  • Oversee execution and delivery, supporting customer engagements alongside Forward Deployed Engineers.
  • Translate customer input into clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Own and maintain backlogs across FDE engagements, ensuring strong hygiene, prioritization, and transparency.
  • Ensure work is clearly scoped, sequenced, and tracked across discovery, build, validation, and hand-off.
  • Support dependency management and execution planning with engineering partners.
  • Manage product work from initial intake through development, launch, and transition to core product teams.
  • Ensure decisions, context, and learnings from deployments are well documented and reusable.
  • Support release readiness and communication with internal stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to convert customer-specific solutions into repeatable product capabilities.
  • Work with Senior Product Managers and core product teams to define when work should remain custom-specific versus when it should be generalized.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of product management experience, ideally in enterprise SaaS or integration/implementation-heavy environments.
  • Customer-facing interest or experience with legal teams, legal operations, or related enterprise workflows.
  • Strong organizational skills and comfort managing complex backlogs across multiple engagements.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear product requirements.
  • Exposure to AI-enabled products, APIs, or workflow platforms is a plus.
