About the Role
At ETERNO, you will shape the future of outpatient care and ensure our customers have the best experience with our software every day. As a Customer Service Specialist, you are the first point of contact for doctors, practice teams, and partners, contributing with your solution-oriented thinking to ensure our technology functions smoothly. You are close to our customers, understand their needs, and help to continuously improve our products and processes.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for users with all questions regarding our software.
- Independently resolve regular service and billing processes using our ticketing system (Zammad), by phone, or via TeamViewer.
- Prepare and confidently conduct training sessions for our users via phone and TeamViewer.
- Prepare complex cases in a structured manner in Zammad for joint resolution with Senior Service Specialists.
- Maintain our internal knowledge base and conscientiously document found solutions.
- Forward valuable customer feedback directly to continuously improve our service standards.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or professional experience in a practice, MVZ, or outpatient setting (e.g., as MFA, medical assistant, or from a comparable field).
- Basic understanding of billing processes in the outpatient sector.
- Quick comprehension of new software.
- Ideally, experience with ticketing systems (like Zammad) or remote support tools (like TeamViewer).
- High empathy, strong service orientation, and a structured, conscientious work style within a team.
- Very good German language skills in speaking and writing.
