About the Role
As UX Lead at bold ai, you will own the user experience across digital products and platforms, from initial discovery to the final interface. You will lead research, map user flows, and design the front end, translating strategic intelligence into clear direction in collaboration with clients, engineers, and product leads.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end discovery including stakeholder interviews, map current-state workflows, and define target-state user flows
- Design the front-end experience for products, from wireframes through high-fidelity UI
- Partner directly with clients to turn business requirements into interface decisions
- Work with engineering to scope features for sprints and future releases
- Align with product management on roadmap priorities and translate strategy into design specs
- Build and maintain design systems that maintain consistency across product experiences
- Present design rationale to clients and internal leadership
- Test assumptions with users and iterate on designs
Requirements
- 8+ years designing digital products, with at least 3 years in a lead or senior role owning end-to-end UX
- A portfolio showcasing discovery-to-shipped work
- Fluency in modern design and prototyping tools
- Working knowledge of front-end fundamentals (HTML/CSS, component-based design systems)
- A track record of presenting design decisions directly to clients or executive stakeholders
- Experience working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment
- Background working with enterprise clients in regulated or complex industries
