About the Role

As a Senior Business Process Management Architect, you will drive business process excellence, deliver quality improvements, and foster standardization and predictability. This role offers high visibility, leadership opportunities, and professional development within a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with stakeholders to inventory processes and define process scope.
  • Train process owners and stakeholders on modeling current state business processes according to best practices.
  • Manage third-party contractors, consultants, and vendors to ensure adherence to modeling requirements.
  • Maintain and manage a backlog of business process models for review and publication.
  • Collaborate with process owners to ensure processes remain current and certified.
  • Coordinate with internal controls to document process controls prior to publication.
  • Perform system maintenance and operational support for the ARIS repository.
  • Manage vendor service agreements and support for the ARIS repository.
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand the use of the ARIS repository.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in business process management, process modeling, or program/project management.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in business process management, process modeling, or program/project management with a Master's degree.
  • Ability to travel 10-15%.
  • Knowledge of process modeling standards and best practices such as BPMN and APQC.
  • Experience leading diverse teams to achieve defined objectives.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.
  • Experience with process modeling, mining, and management tools such as ARIS, MS Visio, or Miro.
  • Administrative experience with process modeling tools, specifically ARIS.
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen, National, lawful permanent resident, or authorized to work in the U.S.
  • No current or future requirement for employment visa sponsorship.
