About the Role
The Patient Concierge is responsible for the efficiency, accuracy, and professionalism of the front desk operations at Pacific Fertility Center (PFC), working collaboratively with the front desk team and other PFC departments. Our mission is to provide patients with the best quality, individualized, compassionate fertility care as a unified team guided by the highest ethical standards.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering phones, directing calls, and greeting patients and visitors with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate and confirm patient appointments, follow-ups, and physician referrals in a timely manner.
- Facilitate communication between patients, physicians, laboratory staff, and clinical teams while maintaining strict adherence to privacy and patient care standards.
- Accurately compile, update, and maintain medical records, reports, and patient correspondence.
- Assist patients with completing insurance documentation and consent/privacy forms.
- Support daily clinic operations and perform additional administrative tasks or special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of one year of medical administrative experience required
- Bilingual a plus!
- Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system strongly preferred
