About the Role
FanDuel is looking for a Generosity Innovation Associate to drive customer retention and marketing innovation. This role is key to the Generosity Transformation team, focusing on reward innovation across departments like Customer Marketing, Brand, Commercial, Data Science, Product, and Ops, to elevate revenue-driving marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Support design and rollout of new generosity initiatives.
- Develop and maintain documentation of customer pain points across rewards and promotions using internal research, customer feedback, and competitive benchmarking.
- Identify and test rewards mechanics that increase customer engagement and value.
- Collect and define work requirements and maintain a continuous feedback loop amongst stakeholders.
- Monitor competitive landscape for emerging loyalty mechanics and reward innovation, document findings, and recommend response strategies.
- Develop a deep understanding of FanDuel’s business and competitive positioning as well as the sports wagering landscape to inform recommendations.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience working in an innovation / transformation capacity.
- 3+ years total experience.
- Experience working on complex innovation initiatives.
- Experience with creating and managing marketing campaigns from start to finish preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Effective at project management.
- Strong understanding of Customer Marketing platform metrics.
- An avid sports and gaming fan.
- Has played FanDuel or competitive products.
- Knowledge of sports and/or experience working within a heavily regulated industry is a plus.
