About the Role
Aimé Leon Dore is seeking a polished, customer-focused Concierge Associate to provide a personalized, seamless, and memorable experience as the first point of contact for guests. The role involves anticipating customer needs, offering tailored services, and supporting store operations while upholding the highest service standards.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally.
- Manage retail space traffic and monitor the experience within Café Leon Dore.
- Advise on strategies to increase and manage traffic flow.
- Manage the waitlist and provide accurate waiting times.
- Ensure store capacity levels are met and communicate adjustments.
- Act as a Brand Ambassador, embodying styling and brand values.
- Maintain an immaculate and welcoming front-of-house environment.
- Provide local knowledge of amenities, restaurants, and attractions.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to enhance service quality.
- Report maintenance needs and retouching requirements to management.
- Offer an enjoyable experience aligned with company standards.
- Anticipate guest needs and personalize interactions.
- Maintain a courteous, gracious, professional, and positive demeanor.
- Address standard inquiries about menus, hours, and amenities, seeking support as needed.
- Engage in positive communication throughout guest interactions.
- Assist with customer return inquiries at the door with hospitality.
- Monitor the outdoor environment, including music levels, to reflect the brand and comply with local requirements.
- Build relationships with members, friends & family/VIPs, and guests, relaying feedback to management.
- Identify potential VIP/friends & family guests.
- Provide white-glove services to VIP clientele, including personal shopping and gift wrapping.
- Manage the waitlist during events and activations, supporting VIP/friends & family attendees.
Requirements
- Must be able to seize, grasp, turn, and hold objects.
- Must be able to work on feet for at least 8 hours.
- Must be comfortable working at the storefront entrance in varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to work all operational hours.
- Fast-paced movements are required.
- Must be able to move, pull, carry, or lift at least 18kg when required.
- Occasionally kneel, bend, and crouch as required.
