About the Role
The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing programs for a multifamily property management portfolio, partnering closely with corporate leadership, regional managers, property managers, leasing teams, and vendor partners to drive occupancy, enhance resident engagement, strengthen brand consistency, and support measurable business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute portfolio-level and property-specific marketing strategies that support lead generation, leasing velocity, occupancy, renewal goals, and resident retention.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive positioning. Utilize insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
- Oversee the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Develop and manage content strategies for websites, blogs, social media, and promotional materials to effectively increase leasing.
- Develop and manage the marketing budgets for each property and campaign, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and monitoring the effectiveness of marketing expenses.
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in marketing preferably within the property management or real estate sector
- Frequently sit, stand and walk.
- Regularly required to talk or hear.
- Frequently required to use hands or fingers to handle or feel objects, tools or controls.
- Occasionally required to climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
- Vision abilities to include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- Temperature in the workplace is typically moderate, though the ability to withstand seasonal cold and heat of the outdoors is necessary.
- Travel up to 50% of the time.
- If located in Nashville, up to 25% travel required at this time.
