About the Role
Assist mechanics with routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs on warehouse equipment. Support daily maintenance operations to keep the facility running safely and efficiently. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including tools and equipment. Assist with general facility upkeep such as trash removal, painting, cleaning, and minor repairs. Follow all safety procedures and company policies while completing assigned tasks.
Responsibilities

- Support daily maintenance operations to keep the facility running safely and efficiently
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, including tools and equipment
- Assist with general facility upkeep such as trash removal, painting, cleaning, and minor repairs
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies while completing assigned tasks
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Warehouse or maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (or willingness to learn)
- Strong work ethic with the ability to follow directions and work both independently and on a team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical job demands
- Experience operating equipment such as electric pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
