Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a career-minded sales professional to join their growing team on Long Island. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, coachable, and client-focused, with a drive to succeed in the home remodeling industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage lead flow and client projects from start to finish
- Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process
- Maintain frequent communication with clients and prompt follow-up with prospects
- Confidently ask for the sale and stay persistent through follow-up
- Track and maintain notes in our CRM
- Represent the brand professionally in appearance and attire
- Generate leads at home shows, networking events, and local community events
- Communicate regularly with ownership and follow the established sales process
Requirements
- Proven sales experience (home improvement a plus)
- High attention to detail and strong work ethic
- Computer and smartphone proficiency
- Professional, friendly demeanor suited to working in clients' homes
