About the Role
Parma Tile is seeking a dynamic sales associate to guide clients through their projects, assisting with tile selection and processing sales orders. The role involves working with diverse clients and requires a passion for design.
Responsibilities
- Work with a variety of clients, ranging from contractors to designers
- Quickly grasp product knowledge
- Assist customers with design of their space and process sales orders
- Communicate effectively with clients, the warehouse team, and fellow sales team
- Perform outreach for attaining new clients
- Learn flooring software and handle multiple tasks at once
- Willing to work on Saturdays
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and fellow employees
- Ability to learn flooring software
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Passion for design and decorating a space
- Previous experience with tile (not necessary, but a plus)
- Multilingual (not necessary, but a plus)
