About the Role

For over 20 years, The Christina Shaw Agency has built a reputation for exceptional service, strong community relationships, and consistent growth. As we continue expanding our commercial insurance division, we're looking for an experienced Commercial Lines Producer to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants the stability of an established agency combined with the earning potential of an entrepreneurial sales role. The agency owner generates significant referral business and invests in networking efforts.

Responsibilities

Develop new commercial insurance relationships through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
Build and manage a profitable commercial book of business.
Quote, present, and bind commercial insurance solutions.
Cross-sell additional coverages including Business Auto, Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Commercial Property, Umbrella, Cyber, EPLI, and more.
Build long-term relationships with business owners and referral partners.
Work collaboratively with our personal lines team to maximize household opportunities.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of commercial insurance sales experience.
Active New York Property & Casualty License.
Proven success producing commercial insurance business.
Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products and risk management.
Excellent networking, relationship-building, and communication skills.
Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Candidates must reside in New York.
