Responsibilities

Independently manage, monitor, and execute civil engineering projects.
Coordinate construction processes in rail infrastructure, bridge, and civil engineering.
Ensure proper construction execution according to recognized technical standards.
Lead and coordinate construction site personnel.
Ensure compliance with all safety and accident prevention regulations.
Prepare measurements and daily construction reports.
Monitor deadlines, quality, and cost-effectiveness of construction execution.

Requirements

Completed training as a certified foreman (Polier/Werkpolier) or a degree as a master concrete builder (Betonbaumeister).
Minimum of three years of professional experience as a foreman in civil engineering, bridge construction, rail infrastructure, or at traffic stations.
Familiarity with recognized technical standards and applicable accident prevention regulations.
Proficiency in preparing daily construction reports and working with standard MS Office applications.
Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
Possession of a Class B driver's license.
