About the Role
Austin Telco Federal Credit Union is seeking a Data Administrator to design data systems, conduct complex analysis, and transform information into actionable insights to support organizational decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement high-availability data systems based on departmental needs
- Conduct complex data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities
- Utilize statistical analysis and visualization tools to support business operations
- Develop and share comprehensive data reports and visualizations
- Provide data management support and training to users
- Document data management policies, procedures, and standards
- Build a corporate data structure to eliminate data silos
- Advise on data security measures to protect sensitive information
- Collaborate with the Information Security team to deploy data protection measures
- Conduct regular tests to assess data security, compliance, privacy, and integrity
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of related technical experience
- Good credit standing
- Successful background check
