About the Role
Circuit of The Americas (COTA) is seeking skilled, motivated, and reliable individuals to fill the part-time position of Guest Experience staff. This role will assist in the overall execution of major races, minor races, and concerts throughout the year, under the direct supervision of the Events and Hospitality Department.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with event information, directions, and inquiries
- Assist and monitor lost and found
- Provide support with ticketing, seating, and event entry procedures
- Address guest concerns or escalate issues to supervisors as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event operations
- Uphold COTA's standards of hospitality and professionalism
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable standing or walking for extended periods
- Must be at least 18 years old
