About the Role
NTT DATA is seeking a Business Analyst - SAP Transformation to join their team in London, United Kingdom. This role is crucial for driving innovation and client success within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements for SAP S/4HANA Finance projects.
- Analyze and optimize Finance processes across AP, AR, GL, Treasury, and reporting.
- Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with SAP consultants, architects, developers, and business users.
- Support testing, UAT, defect resolution, and business sign-offs.
- Support training, deployment readiness, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP Finance or ERP Transformation.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Finance process analysis.
- Experience in AP, AR, GL, Treasury, Reporting, Financial Close, and Controlling.
- Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
- Experience supporting UAT, change management, and solution design.
- Knowledge of system integrations and business process optimization.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
