About the Role
NTT DATA is seeking a Delivery Lead - SAP AI Delivery & Transformation to lead end-to-end delivery of SAP AI, Automation, Analytics, and SAP S/4HANA programs, supporting Finance transformation and ensuring compliance with Responsible AI standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP AI, Automation, Analytics, and SAP S/4HANA programs.
- Support Finance transformation across AP, AR, GL, Treasury, FI, and CO.
- Manage SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, SAP BTP AI Services, and deployment activities.
- Own delivery governance, RAID management, reporting, and release planning.
- Oversee testing, UAT, production rollout, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, audit, and Responsible AI standards.
- Drive adoption, change management, and operational sustainability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SAP Transformation, AI Delivery, Program Management, or Digital Transformation.
- Proven experience as Program Manager, SAP Delivery Manager, Delivery Lead, or Transformation Manager.
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Build, SAP Business AI, and SAP Joule.
- Experience delivering AI, analytics, automation, and enterprise integration solutions.
- Strong governance, security, compliance, and delivery management experience.
- Knowledge of Agile, SAFe, SAP Activate, and DevOps methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.
