About the Role

The Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end service delivery process, from order initiation through service activation, ensuring that customer requirements are delivered accurately and on time. The role also proactively manages delivery risks, delays, and operational issues, contributing to customer satisfaction, service quality, and timely revenue realization.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal network infrastructure deployment, expansion, migration, and upgrading projects.
  • Coordinate customer and internal kick-off meetings for new service implementations and manage service delivery activities.
  • Coordinate project schedules and activities with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Manage supplier engagements, purchase orders, lead times, and service delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate customer site activities, access arrangements, and implementation schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively manage issues, risks, and dependencies.
  • Manage data center activities, including cross-connect installations, equipment deployment, relocation, and decommissioning.
  • Coordinate field engineers and third-party vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with data center operations teams and facility managers to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Manage network equipment, inventory, and spare assets to support operational and service delivery requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes, order management procedures, and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate project and operational documentation.
  • Support security, infrastructure change, maintenance, and operational activities.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in Project Management, Service Delivery, or Customer Delivery roles.
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer order management and customer-facing service delivery.
  • Experience within the telecommunications, carrier, data center, or IT infrastructure industry is preferred.
  • Good understanding of data center services, infrastructure, and operational processes.
  • Ability to professionally manage customer requirements, escalations, and service-related issues.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to coordinate effectively across customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
  • Experience in project scheduling, issue resolution, and risk management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in service provisioning, implementation, and network testing activities.
  • Experience delivering connectivity services through local telecommunications carriers.
  • Hands-on data center experience, including hardware installation, decommissioning, cabling, and network connectivity activities.
  • Experience working with carriers, ISPs, data center operators, or managed service providers.
  • Experience coordinating suppliers, vendors, field engineers, and third-party service providers.
  • Knowledge of IP networking, Ethernet, WAN, MPLS, DIA, Cross-Connect, and connectivity services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting financial services customers or mission-critical environments.
