About the Role

Join our team as a Team Member and be a brand ambassador for Einstein Bros. Bagels. We are looking for individuals who are ready to work, have fun, and bring a smile to our guests each day. Our Team Members are crucial to creating a positive guest experience, ensuring food and beverage quality, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment. This role offers opportunities for career growth, with many General Managers starting as Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Make every guest feel welcomed from the minute they walk in.
• Promote the company by creating a positive guest experience.
• Provide excellent guest service.
• Ensure the quality of the food and beverages served.
• Maintain a safe and clean store environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years or older.
• Must be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates, including early hours (as early as 3 am) and weekends.
• Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Restaurant, retail, or guest service experience is a plus, but not required.
• The physical demands for this position include sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
