About the Role
The Beauty Concierge is responsible for greeting and directing customers, assisting with cosmetic inquiries and products, and providing a variety of other services. This role supports store operations by being a general resource for customers and employees, maintaining confidentiality, and making deliveries.

Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
- Ability to suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing, and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing, and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, including reaching for and lifting above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
