About the Role
The Integrated Designer will be a dynamic, hands-on professional supporting a leading global law firm. You will play a key role in implementing the firm's rebrand, developing templates, and managing the rollout of branded materials. The role requires delivering innovative design across print and digital channels, contributing to strategic campaigns, and ensuring a cohesive visual identity.
Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative design across print and digital channels.
- Contribute to strategic campaigns.
- Ensure a cohesive visual identity across all outputs.
- Implement the firm's recent rebrand.
- Develop templates.
- Manage the rollout of consistent, high-quality branded materials.
- Deliver strong editorial design and motion graphics.
- Apply typographic systems with precision.
- Interpret client briefs and handover notes, translating them into effective, on-brand creative solutions.
- Develop compelling concepts and offer innovative design solutions within corporate design guidelines.
- Conceptualize and produce print and digital collateral for marketing and sales.
- Work closely with clients and/or project management teams to understand client business needs.
- Leverage deep design expertise to elevate client requests.
- Build strong client relationships.
- Act as a subject matter expert, helping clients focus on visually impactful and innovative designs.
- Formulate forward-thinking concepts and render designs for multimedia campaigns.
- Design and produce a diverse range of graphic, print, and digital media collateral.
- Develop comprehensive multimedia campaigns.
- Identify fresh and innovative design solutions.
- Understand the restrictions and limitations of the design deliverable process.
- Manage client expectations regarding design limitations.
- Ensure brand consistency while offering a fresh approach to design, artwork, digital and print output.
- Provide effective visual solutions by executing client creative requests and projects.
- Ensure all work produced is to a high standard and within brand guidelines.
- Carry client brand ethic, integrity, and requirements downstream into the team.
- Work independently and serve as a mentor and resource to team members.
- Perform Quality Assurance on own and others' work.
- Adhere to Williams Lea and client site policies.

- Advanced skills in typography, layout, and information hierarchy, particularly across brochures, reports, and motion-based content.
- Proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Motion Design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience in rolling out brand to support large-scale brand adoption.
- Confidence to present and explain ideas to clients and colleagues.
- Ability to balance work on several projects at a time.
- Understand and anticipate clients’ needs and expectations.
- Innovative with the ability to implement problem-solving initiatives.
- Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite; Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro, After Effects, Dreamweaver.
- Strong editorial design experience, including long-form documents and reporting layouts.
- Advanced expertise in typography, layout systems, composition and information hierarchy.
- Skill in animation/motion graphics.
- Video editing using Adobe suite.
- Working knowledge MS Office skills.
