About the Role
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise and take on increasing responsibility within a fast-growing and dynamic environment. Working closely with the Transfer Pricing Lead and Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the growth and delivery of our UK Transfer Pricing practice.
Responsibilities
- Support the execution of the growth strategy for the UK practice, contributing to client engagements and supporting new business initiatives
- Assist in business development activities, including preparing materials and supporting proposals
- Support the design and implementation of transfer pricing policies for a diverse portfolio of international clients
- Conduct functional analysis interviews and support the preparation of high-quality TP deliverables and documentation (Local Files, Master Files, etc.) in line with UK legislation and OECD guidelines
- Support cross-border financing engagements, including UK thin capitalisation analysis and interest rate benchmarking
- Perform economic analysis and benchmarking using industry-standard TP databases
- Support day-to-day client interactions, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication
- Draft technical reports and documentation with strong attention to detail
Requirements
- ACA-qualified or working towards an equivalent professional certification
- Good understanding of UK transfer pricing legislation and OECD principles
- Exposure to thin capitalisation rules and intercompany financing is advantageous
- Experience using transfer pricing databases to support benchmarking and analysis
- Able to translate technical tax concepts into clear and practical outputs with guidance
- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and structured reports
- Collaborative and proactive, with a willingness to learn and develop in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrates ownership of workstreams while seeking guidance where appropriate
