About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Mobile Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for traveling to different company locations to fill open shifts promptly and efficiently. Your ability to adapt to various work environments, work with diverse teams, and deliver exceptional service will contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations. This role reports to the Client Relations Manager or the Client Relations Director.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the workforce management team to receive shift assignments and coordinate travel arrangements effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines while working in different locations.
- Integrate seamlessly into on-site teams and quickly familiarize yourself with specific company procedures and work environments.
- Perform assigned duties efficiently with minimal training, ensuring productivity and maintaining service quality.
- Adapt to different job roles and tasks, contributing to the smooth functioning of operations in each location.
- Provide exceptional customer service to team members and clients at each location, fostering positive relationships and promoting a professional image.
- Maintain a friendly and approachable demeanor, even in demanding situations, to create a positive work atmosphere.
- Respond promptly to inquiries, concerns, and requests, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrate versatility and flexibility in various job tasks and roles, readily transitioning between positions as required by the company's needs.
- Acquire new skills and knowledge through training programs, improving your ability to contribute effectively to diverse work settings.
- Effectively utilize your existing skills and expertise to perform tasks efficiently, regardless of the specific role you are assigned.
- Maintain clear and open communication with the workforce management team regarding your availability, travel status, and schedule.
- Provide updates on any challenges faced during shifts, allowing for proactive solutions and seamless operations.
- Collaborate with on-site supervisors and team members, facilitating smooth integration into their workflows and promoting teamwork.
- Adapt quickly to unexpected situations or challenges encountered while working in different locations, displaying resourcefulness and critical thinking.
- Identify and implement solutions to ensure that shifts are adequately covered, mitigating the impact of staffing gaps on operations.
- Seek guidance from on-site supervisors or the workforce management team when necessary, fostering a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Actively participate in training programs, including the utilization of the Cornerstone platform, to enhance your knowledge and skills in the role of an Mobile Associate.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience
- Ability to understand client inquiries and provide effective responses
- Experience in using Microsoft Office products and applications
- Team player who can keep a positive attitude, motivate peers, and build relationships
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of any client information
- Client first mentality
- Detail orientated with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced high energy environment where priorities are constantly changing
- Solid decision-making skills within the scope of the position
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Prioritizing, flexibility, adaptability
- Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater
- Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs.
