About the Role
Simmons Adaptive is the flexible resourcing team for leading international law firm, Simmons & Simmons. We are seeking Australian or New Zealand qualified lawyers with experience in Commercial, Corporate & M&A, Banking & Finance, Intellectual Property & Technology, or Competition/Antitrust law. Assignments will involve working in-house with clients or supporting internal teams on key matters.
Responsibilities
- Work in-house with clients or support internal Simmons & Simmons teams on key matters.
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with experience from a top-tier law firm.
- Problem solver with a collaborative approach.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively to tight deadlines.
- Excellent organization skills with the ability to effectively prioritize workloads.
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a wider team.
- Must hold the relevant right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available).
- Based or shortly relocating to the UK.
- All recruits will be required to go through our background screening process.
