About the Role

As a Beauty Advisor, you will provide exceptional customer service and drive sales to meet and exceed targets. You will demonstrate beauty care products, suggest routines, and share product knowledge with customers.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales results and support plans to achieve targets.
• Foster a culture that reinforces sales performance, superior service, and teamwork.
• Develop business acumen to understand and support store success.
• Protect company assets, including preventing internal and external theft and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Support the integration and onboarding of new team members.
• Demonstrate behaviors that encourage a positive and engaging work environment.
• Take responsibility for ongoing personal development to meet identified goals.
• Collaborate with co-workers to ensure mutual success and an inclusive environment.
• Genuinely connect with customers to welcome them to the brand.
• Ask questions to determine customer needs and preferences.
• Present products, demonstrate their unique formats, textures, and fragrances, and share information that meets customer needs.
• Introduce special promotions and close sales when the customer is ready.
• Represent the brand professionally, both within and outside the company.
• Support the culture and values of the organization in all aspects of business.
• Support and execute visual merchandising guidelines throughout the store.
• Build brand loyalty through the membership program and drive future business.
• Identify opportunities for marketing initiatives to drive new and repeat clients and community engagement at the store level.
• Meet service, brand, and product standards daily.
• Follow standard operational policies and procedures, including health & safety, store maintenance, cleaning & replenishment, inventory management, and cash systems.
• Identify and notify management of any operational gaps that need addressing.
