Responsibilities

• Develop and implement ESG strategies and initiatives.
• Evaluate and implement national and international ESG standards.
• Develop ideas and concepts for the decarbonization of business parks.
• Create budgets for specific sustainability measures.
• Evaluate the CRREM path concerning budgeted measures.
• Conduct technical pre-audits for the implementation of energy-saving measures.
• Tender, solicit bids for, and award energy-saving measures.
• Create technical feasibility studies for PV, LED, and heating projects.
• Support and implement photovoltaic projects on business parks.
• Project and implement LED projects in collaboration with property managers.
• Create and manage a process for applying for funding.
• Independently conduct tender and contract negotiations.
• Support building certification according to common sustainability standards.
• Create reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Support and review ESG due diligence during acquisition processes.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies or training in the technical real estate sector.
• Professional experience (min. 5 years) in construction management or in the execution of technical trades (PV, LED, heating).
• Good knowledge in the field of electrical engineering.
• Good skills in creating reports and presentations.
• Knowledge of national and international ESG standards.
• Entrepreneurial thinking and action, high level of initiative.
• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork skills.
• Negotiation skills, assertiveness, and decision-making ability.
• Willingness to travel conditionally and possess a driver's license.
