About the Role

The Field HR Partner will support front-line employees, supervisors, and managers across all ABM industry groups in the Northern California Region. This role aligns business objectives with employees and front-line leaders, acting as a consultant on HR-related issues, an employee champion, and a change agent. The position assesses and anticipates HR needs, collaborating with HR centers of excellence to achieve talent goals and drive business performance through innovative and practical solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Aligning business objectives with employees and front-line leaders
  • Serving as a consultant to front line leaders on human resource-related issues
  • Acting as an employee champion and change agent
  • Assessing and anticipating HR-related needs
  • Collaborating with HR centers of excellence to achieve talent goals
  • Implementing innovative and practical solutions through a strong process and metrics focus
  • Formulating partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization

Requirements

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) ability is preferred

Salary/Compensations

  • $110,000–$125,000
