About the Role
As a Remedy Specialist, you will be the first impression and trusted guide for the Remedy Place experience, blending luxury hospitality with wellness education. You will help guests understand our services, guide them through the club, and recommend personalized self-care routines, memberships, and packages. Your goal is to make every guest feel better than when they arrived.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional hospitality by welcoming guests warmly and creating memorable impressions.
- Manage reservations, arrivals, departures, and scheduling with precision.
- Lead personalized tours that showcase the Remedy Place experience.
- Build authentic relationships with members and guests through personalized service.
- Communicate confidently and professionally via multiple channels.
- Resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
- Guide the guest experience by learning and explaining the science, purpose, and benefits of all offerings.
- Help guests discover services that align with their wellness goals.
- Confidently explain memberships, treatments, retail, and club experiences within scope.
- Stay curious about emerging trends in recovery, longevity, and holistic wellness.
- Inspire confidence without practicing outside of expertise.
- Drive membership growth through trust-based relationship building and thoughtful recommendations.
- Educate guests on the value of the Remedy Place community.
- Contribute to club goals through memberships, services, retail, and food & beverage.
- Support club operations by maintaining presentation and cleanliness.
- Partner with practitioners and leadership for seamless guest experiences.
- Prepare treatment areas and support service transitions.
- Assist with events, workshops, and community experiences.
- Receive deliveries, replenish inventory, and maintain operational standards.
- Assist with any task that improves the guest experience.
Requirements
- Exceptional luxury hospitality experience, deep wellness knowledge, or both.
- Bring warmth, confidence, and positive energy to guest interactions.
- Highly engaging and comfortable building relationships with new people.
- Genuine care for helping others feel better.
- Genuine interest in wellness, recovery, longevity, and self-care.
- Lead by example through professionalism, ownership, and a team-first mindset.

- Experience in luxury hospitality, fine dining, luxury retail, private clubs, country clubs, boutique fitness, or premium wellness environments.
- Strong personal or professional experience in health, wellness, fitness, recovery, or longevity.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
