About the Role

This role will shape the future of retail media for globally recognised snacking brands, influencing global strategy, partnering with senior stakeholders, and driving growth across key commerce platforms. You will connect media, commerce, data, and technology to create impactful consumer experiences and build world-class retail media capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Define and evolve the global retail media strategy for Snacking, ensuring alignment with business and growth objectives.
  • Provide strategic leadership and guidance to market teams delivering retail media campaigns across key commerce platforms.
  • Lead relationships with global retail media and ad-tech partners, driving innovation and maximising partnership value.
  • Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders through proactive communication and strategic consultancy.
  • Create and implement consistent retail media frameworks, standards and best practices across markets.
  • Support capability building by sharing expertise, developing talent and enabling continuous learning across the network.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across media, commerce, production, data and technology to deliver connected solutions.

Requirements

  • Strong experience within retail media, commerce media, digital marketing or agency environments.
  • Knowledge of retail media ecosystems across marketplaces, grocers and omnichannel retail environments.
  • Experience working with platforms such as Amazon Advertising, Epsilon Retail Media, Criteo or similar solutions.
  • Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and influence at senior levels.
  • Strong commercial awareness with a strategic mindset and a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
  • A collaborative approach, with the ability to bring people together, share knowledge and drive progress across teams.
